Some Kill 'Em All Mini Mixes

The Kill Em All Crew have been busy compiling a couple of mini mixes for your aural pleasure.
The first is a mix done by Stopmakingme for Sup Magazine and features only artists that are featured in the new issue with Bit Boy 8 (I can't get enough of the cracking Baltic Pine), Mi Ami and The xx all included.

We Have Band-You Came Out: Video

One of my favourite video's of 2009 is You Came Out from We Have Band. Directed by David Wilson, It is an interesting animation where no live footage was used, but instead the video comprises of 4,816 still images which yields stellar results. We have band are Darren Bancroft, Dede W and Thomas W and You Came Out is available now on Kill Em All Records.

The Kill Em All club night takes place once a month in Fabric in London. This month on July 3rd in Room 2, sees a packed and excellent line-up, with Holy Ghost, Riton, Filthy Dukes and The Rumblestrips all taking to the stage. For more info go HERE

Filthy Dukes-Messages: Video

Second post of the day that features the Filthy Dukes. I love these guys and their wonderful electro pop productions. Messages is the third single to be taken from their debut Nonsence In The Dark and features the vocals of new kid on the block Tommy Sparks. It sounds straight out of the 80's, but then again so do a lot of tracks these days. For more on the Filthy Dukes go HERE

Hockey-Learn To Lose: Video

The second single from to be taken from Hockey's debut album Mind Chaos, which get it's release here in August, is the very excellent Learn To Lose. You can also get yourself a free Filthy Dukes remix of the track from Dazed Digital and it is probably going to be quite the floor filler this summer.
The band are due back in Ireland in July to play Oxegen and again on September 22nd to play their own headline show in The Academy. Check the video to Learn To Lose below.

Yuksek-Extraball (featuring Amanda Blank): Video

Yet another catchy electro single from Parisian new wave, electro DJ and producer Yuksek, but this time he features the MC talents of Philadelphia rapper Amanda Blank who has previously worked with Spank Rock and Aaron LaCrate and is currently on tour with Santigold. Similar in style to something The Filthy Dukes might produce but I am liking it the more I listen and looking forward to his set at The Twisted Pepper on May 8th.
