Is Tropical are 3 mask wearing indie electro rockers from London but don't let that put you off.The music they create is a bit rough around the edges but with a definite spark of vivacity and dedication. Casio Kids and Metronomy spring to mind especially on the Garageband created Seasick Mutiny, with it's plodding drumbeat and frenzied guitars it becomes as addictive as a box of Pringles. Is Tropical are made up of three ex members of Ratty Rat Rat who have chosen to go down the electro path and it's a wise decision.
