New York collective The Phenomenal Hand Clap Band have just released the video to their enslaving 15 to 20 single. A funky disco driven track that is led by Lady Tigra's vocal is reminiscent of early CSS with a speckle of LCD Soundsystem. The video was directed by Michelle Price and comprises of 8 mini films steeped together to create one and a good one at that.
